In such cases, buyers may instead request a return after receiving the product, subject to MiYLO’s Return Policy.Repeated cancellations, particularly after multiple order confirmations, may result in restrictions or account suspension.Vendor CancellationsVendors are required to fulfill confirmed orders promptly.Vendors may cancel an order only if the item is out of stock, discontinued, or cannot be fulfilled for legitimate reasons.Frequent cancellations by vendors may result in penalties, suspension, or removal from the MiYLO Platform.Refunds for Cancelled OrdersIf an order is canceled before shipment, any payment made will be refunded in full to the buyer’s original payment method or MiYLO wallet.Refunds for cancellations are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment channel.Delivery fees will not apply to canceled orders unless the cancellation occurs after the order has already been dispatched.Delivery CancellationsIf a rider or logistics partner is already en route when a buyer cancels, delivery fees may still apply.In the event of vendor or logistics failure (e.g., inability to fulfill an order), the buyer will be fully refunded without charges.Fraudulent or Abusive CancellationsMiYLO reserves the right to investigate and decline cancellation requests suspected to be fraudulent or abusive.Accounts with repeated last-minute cancellations may be restricted to prepaid-only orders.Policy UpdatesMiYLO may update this Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in business operations, customer behavior, or legal requirements. Any updates will be effective once published on the Platform.
