If a delivery partner is unable to locate your address, they will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the package may be returned to the vendor, and additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Yes. Refunds are available for eligible orders in line with our Refund Policy. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a refund through MiYLO Customer Support. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method or credited to your MiYLO wallet for future purchases.

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, MiYLO provides real-time order tracking through the app and website. You can follow your package from vendor processing, to dispatch, and finally to delivery at your door. Notifications will also be sent via SMS, email, or in-app alerts.
Absolutely. MiYLO uses advanced encryption technology, trusted payment gateways, and a Buyer Protection program to secure every transaction. Vendors are verified, payments are safe, and our customer support team is always available to resolve any issues.
If you come across a suspicious or misleading product, click the “Report” button on the product page or contact MiYLO Customer Support immediately. Our moderation team investigates all reports quickly, and fraudulent vendors or listings will be removed from the platform.
